It consists one each of : Cylindrical core cutter made of steel, 127.3mm long and 100 mm internal diameter. Steel Dolley 25 mm high with a lip to enable it to be located on top of the core cutter Rammer with detachable steel rod.The core cutter is driven into the soil using the driving hammer. Then the core is dug out, trimmed, weighed, dried and the density and moisture content calculated. Made of steel protected against corrosion. The set includes core cutter, driving dolly and driving rammer.
